An award-winning photographer and writer, David holds a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Commercial sUAS license, making him a recognized authority on all things drones. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography, David’s career began as a Marine Corps officer.

He furthered his education with an MBA from the University of Redlands, equipping him with a robust understanding of business and technology.
